Things To Do
in the British Virgin Islands |
There are lots to see and do in the British Virgin Islands with its blue and green waters!
To get around freely from Sunset Garden and explore as much of our island as your time allows, it would be prudent to rent a car - a four wheel drive is advised. We can recommend some good deals on car rentals, just ask. Take a day trip to Virgin Gorda making sure not to miss The Baths- with its huge boulders and nature-made swimming pool- a wonder of nature. The Ruins of the Old Copper Mine is a historic site, a beautiful place for picture taking. Rent a yacht with or without a captain and explore some of the many islands that make up "Nature's Little Secrets'. Power boat rentals are another good way to get around. Also, ferrys run frequently to several of our islands, including our outer-most island, Anegada. Like walking? Drive/hike to Sage Mountain, one of Tortola's National Parks, to 1700ft. above sea level -the highest peak in the British Virgin Islands. Or, take a leisurely 10-minute stroll to Sky World, both with spectacular views. Don't choose one of our many beautiful beaches on Tortola, visit them all! |
