There is a required 7% government tax on all rates, and a 10% service charge on stays under 7 days.
A 50% deposit is required for confirmation and the remaining 50% two months prior to scheduled arrival. If reservation is made less than two months prior to arrival, the full amount is due at that time. Deposits are non-refundable other than outlined below, therefore, for your protection, vacation insurance is strongly recommended. Check in time is 3.00PM. Check out time is 12 noon. Rates are subject to change without notice. Sunset Garden BVI is a non-smoking property. For your convenience, Visa or Master Card is accepted. Cancellation policy: Vacation Travelers Insurance is recommended. Cancellations made sixty (60) days prior to pending arrival is refunded less $100.00 for administration fee, 31- 59 days notice, 50% refund is given. If 30 days or less, no refund is given. Cancellation must be made in writing and may be sent by email to reach within the specified time. |
